We are on the ground floor! There is easy accessible parking and a ramp. Our office is ADA accessible. We have a full waiting room, and the building itself also has waiting areas.

Billing Information
We are in-network providers for Premera health insurance plans. We will be happy to provide you the billing codes needed for you to check your insurance benefits prior to your first appointment.
For all other plans, we are considered out of network providers. Out of network patients pay us directly at the time services are provided. Your insurance may provide some reimbursement to you for our services; please check with your insurance company to determine what coverage your plan includes.
We provide superbills patients are able to submit to their insurance companies for out of network reimbursement.
